After a short time of descending the staircase, all light was gone. The staircase was completely dark. You keep following the stairs lower, and lower, and lower, and lower, and lower. Occasionally you see things, but you can't be sure whether it's real or just your mind. You keep descending for the rest of eternity
Once eternity is over, you finally reach the bottom of the stairs, and an open doorway leading out. For the first time in eternity, you see light. It nearly blinds you. Once you regain your sight, you step through the doorway...
